UPLIFTHERS

UpliftHers are a small, intentional circle of women who commit to one year of service with TrailblazHers. Guided by UpliftHer Leads and in close rhythm with our LeadHers, they help hold the energy of the movement—bringing care, presence, and perspective to everything we do.

This is a role rooted in service, presence, and leadership development—an invitation to grow by being close to the work, to witness how it moves, and to support it with care.

UpliftHers help lead weekly runs and walks, welcome community members at gatherings, offer insight from the heart of our spaces, and support events with calm, clarity, and intention. Their presence strengthens our collective rhythm and deepens our impact.

Each cohort includes just a few women per year, creating space for deep connection and shared growth. This is more than volunteering—it’s a year of intentional service that expands capacity, deepens connection, and moves the mission forward.
